To order in our shop

Guest Account

Browse the store, order and pay and checkout as a Guest with no account needed. Just provide us with your payment and full name and addresses for shipping and billing along with an email address for your invoice

Kobelco fan Account (consumer)

In this account you choose to provide us with your personal details, the access to your account is protected with a password which has been chosen by you. See our Privacy Statement to get more information about the data we collect and use. We recommend you change your password regularly for security.

Creating your own account is easy:

  • Click on the person symbol on the top right side of our Webshop to register as a new customer or log in.
  • Enter your information in the required fields.
  • Create your account.
  • You’re ready to order.

If you are an official Kobelco dealer, please click on the Dealer Log in and log in with your email address and password.  Please note Dealer accounts are for authorised Kobelco excavator Dealers only.

If you are allowed to order from this webshop you have received your login details.

All staff members should click on the Dealer Login top right of the shop to log in with their authorised account information.

How to order

Ordering at our Webshop requires a few simple steps:

  • Choose your item by clicking on the picture
  • Choose your item by clicking on the picture or more details link.
  • Enter quantity and click the Add to Cart button.
  • Click on View Cart to get an overview of the selected items.
  • Click on Continue Shopping to add more items or click on the Checkout button to finalize your order.
  • When confirming your order please make sure that billing and shipping address are correct (or change them if needed).
  • Click on the Place Order button to confirm your order and you will be automatically connected to the payment provider. (excluding Kobelco internal users)
  • You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
  • Please note all prices for Consumers exclude VAT
  • At the checkout your shipping costs and country of origin (shipping address is leading) Tax will be added at the checkout on top of your order

Stock availability

All stock quantities are updated constantly, according to the orders entered. Therefore you can only order the quantity of an item which is available. The Customer Service Desk will resolve any issues arising from simultaneous order placements.

We do not have the option to place a back order.

If an item mistakenly is not in stock and a due date is quoted, this is given in good faith based on information from our supplier. These estimated due dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

Of course, you can always contact us via our contact form, if you want us to inform you when new stock arrives of a particular product.

Order status and history

After you have placed your order, an order confirmation with a unique reference/order number will be displayed on your screen and a confirmation invoice will be sent to you separately by e-mail. You will be required to quote this number when contacting Customer Services. As soon as your products have been shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands (1 – 2 business days after you have placed your order), you will receive a notification by e-mail with a link to track and trace your order.

If you log into your account, your order history is listed; the current order status is shown per order.

Pricing Details

All prices are quoted in Euro and exclude VAT, prices are exclusive of transport costs. The costs of transportation will be automatically added during the ordering/ check out process.  The country being shipped to VAT will be added at the check out.

We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time due to external price alterations, currency fluctuations and national/regional tax alterations.


The products will be shipped within one or two business days after your order has been received. All items are subject to availability.

Standard delivery methods will be used and the transit time for non-European shipments are around 5 to ten working days, for European shipments we aim for 3 to 5 days transit time, but delays can be experienced during busy periods. Our shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and depend on shipping destination, weight and volume of the goods ordered. All mentioned transit times are only indicative and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Once the goods are shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your track and trace number, along with instructions on how to track your order.  

Cancel an order

If you want to cancel an order that has not already been shipped or cancel a product from your order which has not been shipped yet, please send us an e-mail  at with your reference/order number. Or telephone us on +31 0411 657182.  
If your order has already shipped you can still return your order to us.  Please read our Returns policy to find out about returning products.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please e-mail or telephone our customer support so we can arrange a replacement item for you and provide you with a required authorisation number and further instructions.

If you need to return an item please contact our customer service team on the above email or phone number, to request a required return authorisation number and further return instructions. Return freight must be pre-paid by the sender on orders with a value under €50. Returned items that are used, altered, washed, worn, in poor condition or aren't returned in their original packaging containing all labels, instructions or are missing certain items will not receive a credit or refund.

 *Please note your Packing Slip that is sent with your order has the return address on it.

If replacements are not available, we will gladly offer you an alternative item or reimburse you. If a parcel is damaged at arrival, caused by the delivering company/freight forwarder, you may want to refuse the shipment, or sign for the package stating the degree of damage. All original packing material of damaged goods should be retained for any claim eligibilities

Products cannot be returned if you have tried to repair the defect yourself or if the defect has occurred because you have not followed the user instructions.

Products that are sent “return to sender” to us without consulting us first will not be processed. These will be forwarded back to you immediately and you will be responsible for any possible additional costs.

Review period

A fourteen-day review period is applied, from the moment you receive the order. Within this period, you may (re)view the product and try on clothing, unless otherwise stated. 


As soon as we get notification that a return has been received in good order we will process your return and aim to refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.


All prices listed in our Webshop are specified in EURO and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.  From the 1st July 2021, your local country VAT will be added at the checkout .

In addition to the price of the products, shipping cost will be added.
