We will do our upmost to fulfil your orders in a timely manner and with care. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please e-mail, telephone or log into the shop so we can arrange a replacement item for you and provide you with a required authorisation number and further instructions.

If you need to return goods, you can also e-mail or call us via our Customer Service Team, to request a required return authorisation number and further return instructions. Return freight must be pre-paid by the sender. Returned items that are used, altered, washed, worn, in poor condition or aren't returned in their original packaging containing all labels, instructions or are missing certain items will not receive a credit or refund.  We will ship the items back to you for free only if your item is worth more than the shipping.  For any items under €15, shipping must be paid for by the customer.

*Please note your Packing Slip that is sent with your order has the return address on it.

If replacements are not available, we will gladly offer you an alternative item or reimburse you. If a parcel is damaged at arrival, caused by the delivering company/freight forwarder, you may want to refuse the shipment, or sign for the package stating the degree of damage. All original packing material of damaged goods should be retained for any claim eligibilities

Returns of personalised items or special requests are only accepted if the cause of defect is due to the manufacturing process.

Products cannot be returned if you have tried to repair the defect yourself or if the defect has occurred because you have not followed the user instructions.

Products that are sent “return to sender” to us without consulting us first will not be processed. These will be forwarded back to you immediately and you will be responsible for any possible additional costs.

Review period

A fourteen-day review period is applied, from the moment you receive the order. Within this period, you may (re)view the product and try on clothing, unless otherwise stated. If you decide to return your products, the shipping costs will not be refunded if your order amount is under €50 (excluding VAT & Shipping). The review period does not apply to personalised items, brochures and or special products and requests.


As soon as we get notification that a return has been received in good order we will process your return and aim to refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
